Year 3 the Teachers

Year 3 were visited by Year 1 yesterday. The Year 3s wanted to teach the Year 1s all about what they had learnt about friction. 

The children rolled a marble through water, over a carpet, on a table, on whiteboards, through sand, and over a fluffy blanket. The Year 3 children taught the Year 1s all about friction and how it slows the marble down.

This lesson allowed the Year 3s to consolidate their knowledge and allowed the Year 1s to get a deeper understanding of their materials Topic.
