Egg shells and slime? What could this mean?

Team Barnes were so excited when they came in to school today. The dinosaur egg has hatched! Inside was some slime but no sign on a dinosaur. We searched the area and found lots of different clues. Some children even said that they saw the dinosaurs on their way to school, or hiding in their wardrobes at home. We still have not found the dinosaurs, however we have made them a home in the outside area, with food, water and a bed. Just incase they decide to come back to our school.
