Fairy wands

We loved learning a new skill to make our very own fairy wand. We used peelers to whittle our wands before using fairy breath to make them even more magical and unique. We all listened very carefully before having a go on our own; everyone demonstrated a good understanding of keeping safe while using a tool. We made sure we whittled away from our bodies, kept our legs to the side, wore a glove to protect our hand holding the wand and we stayed sitting down while our friends used the tools.
