This was to symbolise some of the explorers we will be learning about in topic, including Captain Scott who travelled to Antarctica on his ship ‘Endurance’. We were really pleased with the results and think they make our classroom look fantastic!

Published 14/10/19, by AdminA polite reminder that reading records should be handed in every Monday but they are expected to be in school EVERY DAY as adults sometimes read with children and need to record this in their books. Children are expected to read 3 x per week for around 15mins.

Published 14/10/19, by AdminFor our Art to Start, we created bubble art. We discussed how bubble mixture is a liquid but when bubbles are blown, they contain a mixture of gases. Bubbles are made up of two states of matter: liquid and gasses. We also discussed how light reflects in the bubble mixture, allowing you to see a spectrum of colours.
