For our topic "What We Wear" we are holding a Year 2 Fashion show on Thursday 11th July in the afternoon (parents welcome and more information to follow). We are very excited and cannot wait for such an exciting event!

We loved Sports Day in Year 2, despite the heat! Thank you, parents and carers, for coming to join us! The children really appreciated it!

In August Miss Goode will be climbing Scafell Pike for the National Autistic Society, so this Friday 21st June, will be a non-uniform day for all of RAPS! Go Miss Goode!
There will also be a donation pot in the office if anyone would like to donate 🙂
Ask us all about our Friday Art to Start, our favourite yet! We made our own clothing using newspaper! Inspired by the runway fashion pictures we saw, we made our own skirts, ties, hair accessories, tops and even hats! What fun we had!

For our Topic this term, "What We Wear", we are doing an amazing Art to Start based on fashion where they will be creating their own clothes! We will need at least 1 newspaper per child for this project. Please can we ask that you bring in as many newspapers as you have spare! It would be really helpful. We will be making our projects on Monday 10th June.
