Personal Development: leaders and teachers

Earlier this week, we talked about what leaders and teachers are. We thought about our teachers' actions and about Mr Budge's role at RAPS and spoke to him about what he has to do as a leader! We thought about what makes a good leader and teacher, discussing which responsibilities we would like to have or not! To delve in further, we used role play to share our learning. Take a look at us in action being good teacher leaders... and bad ones too!
