How light reflects!

Team Maclean have been super scientists today, learning all about how light reflects off a mirror.

We know that light only travels in straight lines and cannot bend, but it can reflect.

The children practised with a torch and a mirror, reflecting the light from the mirror onto another surface.

They then were able to draw out a scientific diagram showing the light source (the torch), the incident ray (the light from the torch) and the reflection ray (the light reflecting off the mirror)!
