RAPS Curriculum: UK

Recently, Year 3 have been learning all about the four regions that make up the United Kingdom! To expand our knowledge further, we researched these 4 regions in depth using information texts and our internet research skills from Computing lessons. Together in small groups, we collaborated to create posters about a region of the UK to present to our class. We used a selection of headings such as: Key Facts, Geography, People and Nature, Government and Economy and History. To add to our presentation, we even used a range of hand drawn pictures, flags and real images!

After this, each group had the chance to use all the skills we learnt about and practised during Oracy Week to present our discoveries and new learning to the rest of the class! Well done, Year 3!
