In Personal Development week this week, we have been learning all about our bodies and what they need.

We have been learning all about what our bodies need to stay healthy, from exercise to sleep to hygiene. The children enjoyed practising little exercises on the field with Mrs Piper!

Things you could ask at home...

Where is your heart? What does your heart do? Where are your lungs? Where is your brain? What are the 5 food groups? What foods can we eat lots of? What food should we not have lots of? How much sleep should we have? What can we do to get a good night sleep? Why is exercise good for us?
