Great First Week Back!

Our first week of term has been Personal Development Week. We started the week thinking about some things we would like to achieve in 2025. Team Brun-Cialis are hoping to be really ambitious this year!

We followed talking about ambitions with a lesson about resilience and having a growth mindset. We read After the Fall by Dan Santat. This lovely book is the sequel to the Humpty Dumpty story about how, after he'd been mended, he built back up to climbing the wall.

We have also learnt about the Rule of Law and how this is similar it is similar to school rules.

In RE, we have been learning about what Christians believe Jesus might be like. We used pictorial representations of Jesus from around the world and looked at the stories in the Gospels to help us infer what kind of person Christians believe He was.
