World Book Day 2022

We had such a fantastic day on Thursday, celebrating the 25th World Book Day here at RAPS! We shared lots of stories, took part in lots of story telling activities in child initiated, we guessed the teachers in the Masked Reader competition, had our reading buddies from Year 6 come down to read to us, went to assembly and heard lots of stories, had different teachers come to read to us and enjoyed reading in the dark after school. 

Thank you to all of the grown ups for the amazing efforts with World Book Day costumes! The children really loved wearing them and they said the best bit was getting to talk about their book characters with their friends!
