Number bonds to 10

In Maths we have begun learning our number bonds to 10. Number bonds are pairs of numbers that add together to make a bigger number. As children progress through Reception to Year 1 they will need to recall these number bonds automatically. This week we used lots of practical resources from Numicon to cubes and counters to help us find all the ways to make 10. We have had so much fun learning these and finding the answers to the puzzles. We will continue to practise these at school and you can also practise them at home if you would like an extra challenge! :)
