Year 6 at the library
On Thursday, Year 6 had their termly trip to the local library, located within Royal Harbour's upper site...
The children really seem to love the time they spend there - thank you so much to the parents who have signed their children up for a library card.
Lots of children have found great reads from these trips and it has helped to develop and foster a love of reading.
Due to time constraints, please ensure that if your child wants to borrow a book, they have their card with them for future trips. Also, some of the children have shown an interest in borrowing books from the 'teen' section. If your child is one of those, in order to be able to get the teen books out, they need to obtain permission from parents. This can be done by popping into any Kent library and giving verbal consent.
