Home Learning

As you are aware schools shut their doors on Friday in order to keep everyone safe. The children were sent home with a pack containing worksheets, pencils and an exercise book. Please keep checking the blog daily for tasks and challenges.

Every week day in term time, I will upload a maths, English and a topic task. It is really important that the children try to complete the task in order to refresh their memories so when they come back to school, they won't have fallen behind. If you would like some extra support or have a question, please email me (h.dannell@ramsgateartsprimaryschool.co.uk) and I will get back to you. I am available to contact between 8am-7pm Mon-Fri.

To access extra work/resources, click on the link just below the curriculum letter on our class blog. If you are finding the work too challenging, you can always have a look at another year group :)

Although it is important to keep learning ticking over, please also try and have some fun! This is a perfect opportunity to try something new! Perhaps a new hobby (cross-stitch, painting, coding etc!) read a book, try your hand at cooking, learn how to make a cup of tea (with a grown up's help!), help around the house (hoovering, washing etc!) play in the garden- get some exercise, try yoga or a workout video... there are so many things that can keep you occupied (other than tablets and tv) please use your time wisely.

I would love it if you could send me some photos of what you have been doing!

Look after yourselves, keep washing your hands and I look forward to hearing from you!
