Fossils

Last week we learnt what a fossil is. We learnt about the famous fossil hunter Mary Anning and we enjoyed looking at Mrs Smart's fossil collection! We then decided to create our very own dinosaur fossils by pressing our small toy dinosaurs into the clay. When these were dry we then painted them to help the image stand out. Please take a look at them on display in the cloakroom.
