Art to Start

Take a look at us in action completing our final Art to Start of Year 3. This was inspired by the landscape art created by American artist, Georgia O'Keeffe. She is best known for her paintings of landscapes and her unique way of painting nature, simplifying its forms meant that she was called a pioneer in her time. We built up our mountain ranges using oil pastels and pencils, carefully shading to create our ridges! Beautiful!
