How to Respect Ourselves

In PSHE, we have been learning about self-respect and self-esteem. 

As part of our learning we discussed how our self-esteem (how we feel about ourselves) can change day-to-day and thought about some strategies we can try when we are feeling low. We made little zig-zag books full of things to try such as turning a positive thought into a negative one and finding an adult to explain our feelings to.
