On Friday, the children should have brought home their Love2Learn book, containing their first task of Year 6 and their spelling words...
The first task sets out some of the responsibilities available to pupils in Year 6 and asks them to write a short speech applying for one of these jobs. We have asked that ALL pupils complete the task - even if they do not wish to perform their speech to their peers.
Also inside the book, is a copy of the spelling words for the children to learn this week. Paper copies are available in the classroom all week and I have attached an electronic copy to this blog post too, in case you need more copies to practise. These words will be tested in class next Friday - 16th September.
