Literacy Week 3 - Team Brun-Cialis

We began the day with a workshop with Em Cosh. In the workshop we explored their book, Kip and the Squiggledoodles. In the book, the creature is made up of many animals. With Em's help, the children drew their own creatures by joining two (or more) of their favourite animals together.

After break, we continued making our lift-the-flap poetry books. Ms Marfleet helped us to watercolour the facades of our houses. These will form the main part of our book pages.

In the afternoon, we had a song-writing workshop with Naomi. The children explored rhymes and building song lines around those rhymes.
