Letter writing to 'Dr Budge'

We've been learning about letter writing in English and had opportunities to write informal and formal letters. We received a letter from 'Dr Budge' outlining how important it is to eat a balanced diet. We responded to reassure him that we all eat our fruit and vegetables.  Can you remember the features of an informal letter?
