Maths: Area

This week Team Cialis have been learning about area. Area is the space taken up by a 2D shape or surface.

We have been learning how to measure area by counting the squares that a shape takes up. On Tuesday, the children used post-it notes to measure the area of rectilinear shapes printed on a4 sheets.
