Yesterday, the children were given new spelling words and a reading comprehension, both of which are due next Friday...
The spelling rule is about doubling the last consonant before adding the suffix. An electronic copy is attached below, and paper copies are available in class if needed.
The reading comprehension is about The Gunpowder Plot, which we discussed in class on Friday. Spares can be collected if needed.
As mentioned, both will be due next Friday - 10th November.
A reminded too, that reading records are due in on Monday with at least four signed reads.
