Visit from Father Christmas

We had such a magical visit from Father Christmas on Wednesday. An elf came to the classroom and invited us to go and meet Father Christmas, we then walked down to the dance studio which had been decked out beautifully with twinkly lights and decorations. But where was he? We had to sing to let him know we were there, the photo is when the children first saw him come through the door. It was so magical to see their faces light when he appeared. Father Christmas read a story to us and then chatted to us about our Christmas lists and what things he still needed to sort before the big day. We then walked back to class where wrapped presents of books had been left for us! 

It really was such a lovely experience to be able to share with the children and we are very grateful to the Parent Council who organised the event.
