PSHE: nutritional values of food

Take us to the supermarket and ask us all about nutritional values of food!

We are learning all about healthy diets and nutritional values of food in Year 2 this week! We have recapped our food groups and yesterday, we even had a go at looking at food guidance that we can see on packaging! We know that the green, amber and red colour system helps us to identify which foods are more or less healthy and how this might affect our daily dietary recommended allowances. We loved exploring!
