It's another Harvest Festival!

This week in topic we have continued to explore different celebrations. We started the week by learning all about St George's Day and then moved onto the harvest festival. We spoke all about what we were thankful for and why we might collect food for harvest. We sorted food into fruits, vegetables, grains and meat, used vegetables to print patterns, made seed art, made our own scarecrows and created bean repeating patterns. We also learnt cauliflowers fluffy and harvest samba.
