Terrific Tuesday learning and....
a treat from Miss Taft....
Yesterday I received some terrific learning :) it's so lovely to see what you are all up to. I have been so impressed with how your writing has been progressing. I can tell you are trying really hard at home to practice your sounds forming your letters carefully, well done! I can't wait to see this beautiful writing when we come back to school. I have a feeling we will have a lot of children on the SUPERSTAR!!!! :) I have attached some photos below of the great things I have been sent.
Loki has been soooo thoughtful and kind, he has made the bin men a nice picture and made them up a goody bag of treats to say thank you for working so hard. I have also attached a photo of Loki's hamster Miss Whiskers and his 'reading pool' (it's been a bit cool for a paddling pool).
Betsy has been learning about capacity using different containers and dried beans. She has also made some wonderful glasses and has learnt about symmetry through making beautiful butterflies inspired by her reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
Erin has been working with her daddy and has made a little wooden picnic bench and a bird house for her garden. What great skills to learn at home!
