Neolithic discoveries: Otzi

Today, Team Amin learnt about Otzi, the Iceman, a significant Neolithic find from a glacier in the Italian Alps in 1991. Otzi was a prehistoric man and his mummified body told scientists interesting information about his life and his final moments! We know what he looked like, what he ate and his injuries prior to death. How wonderful (and brave) that many of us chose to stay and see what his body looked like when he was first brought out of the ice. We learnt some fantastic words today too, like 'decompose' and 'preservation'.
