Today marked our last day in Team Amin for the moment. As we move into, and through, this period of uncertainty, I would like to extend the same message I gave to Team Amin this morning to all parents, carers and guardians. Please be safe, keep smiling and continue with learning. 

From Monday morning, although school will become a place closed to the majority of children to keep everyone safe, learning will continue to be facilitated. The children will have access to an area of Year 4 relevant work they can do on the class page, which they were shown how to access today! Do not lose the post it notes, Team Amin! Our school site has links to various learning websites that are amazing for children and that we, as teachers, would use. 

Most importantly, there will be daily blogs starting from Monday with tasks to be completed in Maths, English and Topic. These tasks can be completed in the children's new workbooks (which were sent home with them), on tablets, in their own workbooks, on the computer etc. The children can email me to show what they have been up to if they want to. An example timetable of how learning from home might work can be accessed below, along with the Team letter and website list too.

We do not know how long the current situation will last, but it is so important that your child continues with their learning, or they will fall behind their peers when we do restart regular lessons. Please get in contact if you have any questions or concerns.

Finally, thank you. Thank you for the thank you messages that I have already received and thank you for being both supportive and understanding as we work to keep each other safe.
