Cultural Diversity Day

Today we split into mixed year R, 1 and 2 groups to travel around the world and learn about different cultures. We started the day by creating passports and then we went off to different activities. All of the children visited Brazil, Switzerland, Spain and Australia. We learnt alot about the history of the country, some of the culture and we even took part in some Spanish singing, Samba dancing and music and created some aboriginal art. Thank you to all the parents who contributed some foods from around the world, it was a great treat for us all to try and thank you to the parents for coming to have lunch with us too. What a fun day we have had!
