Bug Club Reading is now available for Reception too!

Similarly to Phonics Hero (which I know some of you are struggling to log into as the site keeps crashing due to the high level of visitors) RAPS has used bug club for years for the rest of the school. This has never been used for our reception children before but Mr Beraet has kindly set it up for us. 

Each child has a personalised library for their reading ability and all the children have at least 75 books to read! I think that is enough for now :). As the rest of the school already use this before the lockdown, it will be great practice for the reception children to use this too. 

You can access it on a tablet, phone or laptop/computer and it had lots of stories, questions and games related to the sounds. There are little bugs that appear and you click on them and it will tell you to do something or answer something. It is great fun and children across the school engage really well with it!

Each child has a personalised log in: 

The username is first three letters of first name and first three of surname, so for example Sophie Spurrier becomes sopspu.

ALL passwords are 'password' - all lower case.
