Tree identification...

Today in Forest school we went on a leaf hunt, we had to find lots of different kinds of leaves; long leaves, curled leaves, spiky leaves, big leaves, small leaves, brown leaves and our favourite nibbled leaves. Our Forest school leaders at Manor House then taught us where these different leaves may come from. There are so many lovely trees at Forest school and one of them was about 200 years old!! Once we had collected our leaves we had a go at leaf rubbings, it was a bit tricky for some of us but we all gave it a go.
