Let's Celebrate!

This term in Team Barnes we are exploring celebrations in our topic lessons. We are learning about different celebrations through looking at photos, watching videos, taking part in craft activities or even trying foods that are associated with a particular celebration. This week we explored Chinese New Year, Mardi Gras and Easter. We took part in a variety of activities from mask making, playdoh modelling, food tasting (yummy hot cross buns!) and using junk modelling to help us explore and learn about these exciting celebrations. It was lots of fun!
