Autumn craft

This week in Team Barnes we read the story 'The Leaf Man', we loved the journey the leaf man went on. It promoted lots of talk about what the words north, east, south and west mean; we loved the pictures in the story as they are all made from leaves. We had a little talk about autumn time and the changes we may see during this time of the year! We took some inspiration from the story and made our own leaf men pictures and enjoyed carrying out other leaf activities like making leaf handbands and leaf printing.
