Forest School fun....

We have enjoyed using the tools so much in our Forest School sessions that we asked to use them again this week. We were introduced to a new tool called a junior hacksaw. We used this tool to make our own little beads. First we whittled an elder stick, then we worked with Mrs Barnes to saw the stick into smaller pieces. Finally we poked the pith out of the elder using a tent peg and then threaded them onto a piece of wool.
