Art to Start
We did our art to start today for our topic 'Invaders and Settlers'.
We had a go at making a Saxon-style brooch. First, we looked at some examples and we noticed the shape was usually round and the patterns are symmetrical. We embossed onto tin foil to create the patten and then coloured using permanent markers to create the impression of jewels.
